CompanyWe thought this buck was right for the times and would also compliment our ewes well with his momma's gentic background.
From the first time I saw him I thought he could never look better later.  Well after 4 trips through the spring and summer I was wrong.  He never had a day when I wasn't totally please with his design and muscle. He is a moderate framed, busted open,heavy muscled, structure freak, and oh, if it gets you excited, tons of wool.  He is one I like to stand at the fence and watch walking the pen.  I spent most of the summer fantasizing about the upcoming lamb crop out of him.  To our dismay he wasn't fertile til October.  We were fortunate not to give up on him and got 20 of uur best ewes ai ed to him,  Oct 2 and then bred him to 40 of our best ewe lambs for march and april babies.  We invite you to stop in and inspect them this coming year.   Thanks to Rule Sheep Company for offering us part of this exciting ram!

We selected this young ram lamb from Hindman club lambs. He is really genetically lined up as he is sired by Bird (Stud duck x Stitzlein) and dammed by Stud Ducks Sister. He is really a cool bodied, good legged lamb, with the muscle shape and dimension that Hindmans sheep are noted for. He is big butted with the right curvature to his leg to be really impressive. Yet he remains impressive to look at running around the lot. We are really excited to use him on our Unleaded genetics that we have added in the last 2 years. The only thing to hold him back will be how many ewes he can settle!

Our goal this past spring buck shopping was to find a buck that would keep up with today's current trend, yet consistently sire blue ones. Lucky for us we found him at Skidgels and he still had his tools! Looking farther into pedigree we found out that we own his mom's twin sister, who has kicked out a single killer ewe lamb every spring for us. CoCo has the touch of past generation sheep; but with today's body trends, round rib shape, and fuzz. Huge expressive rack with a great loin and leg shape. White or black? Either way we dig this guy! Heisman x Pimp Juice x Lottery Pick

A March buck lamb out of a ewe lamb who's grandma raised the Reserve Grand at the ISF in 2009. The biggest hipped and loined Heisman we raised last year. One that runs uphill, shallow chested, and freaky hard muscled. To say we are excited to line him back up on Heisman daughters is an understatement. A farm favorite from visitors this past spring.

Study this one from the ground up and you can see why we like him. Super sound on his feet and legs, stout in his structure, big racked and even bigger hipped and legged. This March buck was purchased from Impact Hamps and is out of Giddy Up (Burn son) on Shower Chicken's Flush Sister. Hes moderate in his design and one you love the side profile of. He will be put to work on Heisman daughters as well as back on our Arms Race son 48.

This guy is huge in his rack, round in his rib shape, and stouter than his sire is almost every angle. This cross flat out works! We are excited to put him to work to follow in his daddy's footsteps and lay down a fantastic maternal line.

If you know Mike, you know how he got his name. After the success of using Blue Whale we went back to Hindman's for another dose.  This buck may not be the trendy hamp type that lots of people are following, but I believe he is as cool of a blue ram as I have seen.  He's my kind of sheep.  He is awesome in his extension and look from the side, yet maintains as good of handle down his top and rump as any of the hamp sheep out there.  He has the wool cap on his face and around his eyes, with good bone and hair to his legs.  When you get tired of working those soft handling, average hides ones, that quit on you at 125 come see us and the JSUK lambs.  I believe that these will just flat out feed!

This is our pick of the 2014 ram lambs sired by Heisman.  Although a mid March lamb he is getting serious attention in the breeding program already.  He carries his daddy's atheletic look and style, with more loin shape,a bigger hip, and more bone to stand on.  His mom is the ewe lamb we purchased in Skidgel's 2013 ewe lamb sale as lot 2.  Brian's description included the words donor several times and I believe that's where she is headed. This Pistol x Trigger ram is really lined up. After being so pleased with the Johnson 230 ram we went back again this year. This ram's baby picture really intrigued me, and after seeing him and watching him grow, I have never been more pleased with a ram. He has changed very little from a 40 lb lamb to the stud he is today. He is very long bodied, with one of the best top lines you can make, he is just as attractive in the lot as in the photos. This ram is the most massive loined and best rumped ram we have used to date. He has tons of shape and width to his hip, yet has more inner and outer leg shape than you can imagine.

Big Foot (aka "Old Garret" or G23) sired Karr's Grand Champion at Aksarben last year as well as their entire set of the Super Select 50 sale a couple weeks ago that were well received (average $1400 on 10 head). He is also the sire of Karrs "The Garrett Buck". The bucks we they will use in 2013 will be 2 sons and 1 grandson. After losing the Chaos ram during breeding season in 2006 and seeing his offspring we felt we had to try these genetics again.  This ram is even more impressive than Chaos in terms of structure, bone, length of body, muscle and overall completeness of skeleton.

A Leverage Son. This ram has tremendous skeletal structure. He is extremely long bodied, with heavy bone under him, yet still has that showring eye appeal and extension up thru the front end. He will see approx. 75 ewes and ewe lambs for the 2006 season.
